How can you tell if your nutritional plan
is right for you? Here are a few easy
pointers that indicate that your plan is not ideal for your
body.
- You’re always
hungry
- You need to snack a lot
- You could
be hungry again within 3-4 hours of eating a meal
- You would
have energy dips if you didn’t eat snacks or drink sugary /
caffeinated drinks every few hours
- You
experience cravings (especially sweet cravings or caffeine
cravings)
- You find
yourself regularly eating junk food
- You feel
stiff and sore for 3-4 days after heavy training /
competitions
- You are
often tired
- You
regularly suffer from coughs, colds etc during periods of
heavy training
- You
experience regular headaches, skin conditions, allergies
etc
- You find
it difficult to control your body fats, especially when
you’re not in regular training
